Yui Tatsumi (辰巳ゆい Tatsumi Yui) is a former Japaneserace queen who became an AV idol and actress.

Tatsumi made her exclusive adult video (AV) debut with the Alice Japan studio in the January 2008 video Not Naked, A Real Race Queen (全裸未満　現役レースクイーン). and by late 2012 she had made at least 49 adult videos with the Alice Japan. The titles of Tatsumi’s first three videos for Alice Japan, Not Naked, A Real Race Queen, Circuit Queen and Real Race Queen Photo Society all played on the theme of her former role as a race queen. Tatsumi has been a best-selling actress since her debut, ranking #48 in the DMM website listing of the top 100 actresses in DVD sales for the first half of 2008. In March 2009, Tatsumi was the star of the video Cutie Alice, The First, inaugurating a new series to celebrate Alice Japan’s 25th anniversary in adult video. Later that year in June, she was one of the AV actresses invited to the VenusFesta2009 in Shibuya, Tokyo, an event sponsored by AV studios Alice Japan, Max-A and Kuki featuring games and photo sessions.

In September 2009, she starred in the kunoichi erotic action drama Sanada Kunoichi Ninpouden: Kasumi: Gekitotsu! Hagure Kouga Gundan!! (真田くノ一忍法伝 かすみ　激突！はぐれ甲賀軍団！！), an entry in the V-cinema series, Lady Ninja Kasumi. In May 2010, Tatsumi made several appearances on the Japanese variety TV show Surprise Adult Clinic which features AV Idols as guest stars who give brief advice on matters of sexual health. She also had a role in the manga-based TV series Ushijima the Loan Shark (闇金ウシジマくん Yamikin Ushijima-kun) broadcast by TBS andMBS in late 2010.

Tatsumi made her debut in mainstream film starring in the comedy Wakaki Rotte-chan no nayami (若きロッテちゃんの悩み) directed by Shinji Imaoka and released to theaters in June 2011 by ArtPort.Later that year, she appeared in the Thai film Love Summer (รักตะลอน ออนเดอะบีช) playing a Japanese tourist who joins up with a mixed group of young people. The romantic comedy was released in Thailand in October 2011. She was reunited with director Shinji Imaoka in the September 2012 vampire love story Setsuna: Vampire’s Love of 100 Days, part of the 2nd “Love and Eros Cinema Collection”.

In another mainstream film, Tatsumi starred as a Japanese AV idol, Ryoko, who goes to Korea in director Hideo Jojo’s erotic comedy AV Idol (AKA Love & Seoul), released in South Korea in August 2012. In April 2014, Tatsumi appeared with a number of other AV performers in the Hong Kongcomedy Naked Ambition 2.
